RANDY LUDWAR, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER A.Sc.T., GSC, PMP
Randy is a Senior Operations and Executive Officer. His experience spans over 33 years of management and consulting in the construction industry. He has been a leader on a multitude of projects including the $59.2 mil Suncor Voyageur project in Fort McMurray, AB, the $14.3 mil Library at Edmonds Town Center in Burnaby, BC, and the $3.0 mil Riverview Village Estates Seniors Housing. Randy believes that building strong teams builds strong companies.

DEBORAH WARD, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Deb Ward holds the position of Director of Human Resources for the MODUS Group of Companies. Deb joined MODUS in July of 2008, and brings with her 30 years of experience in executive business administration and human resource management. Deb’s extensive business background resides primarily in the agriculture industry. Deb is an honors graduate of Modern College of Business in Calgary.

ERNIE SNYDERS, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, ALBERTA
With over 30 years of management, manufacturing and metal fabrication experience, Ernie has a depth of knowledge and managerial skill that will strongly develop our three production facilities in Alberta. He has worked with numerous well-known international organizations such as Fluor Daniel, Bechtel, Chrysler Canada, Encana and NASA. Ernie has proven results and fabricated well over 100 structures of varying sizes and complexity, for both temporary and permanent use.

TOM PAYNE, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Tom joined Modus in December of 2010 and brings over 20 years of experience within multi-branch manufacturing and service environments.  Tom is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and also holds a B.A. degree and a Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.  Tom’s business knowledge and expertise in the areas of banking and finance, working capital management, operating efficiency improvements, and accounting and control systems are key competencies for the Modus Group of Companies.
