Next-Generation Classrooms

MODUS offers a unique solution to the education industry's demand for high performance classrooms and support facilities. Using an advanced form of facility construction called “systems-built construction” MODUS buildings are produced as three-dimensional sections (or modules) in an enclosed quality-controlled environment. All major systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and finishes are completed prior to shipping and installation on the intended site.

This process saves months of construction and development time; while the modular building is being constructed, the site is being prepared. This ensures that time savings are maximized throughout the building process.

The MODUS systems-built classroom typically is a single-wide 24' unit that delivers superior performance and durability and creates an ideal learning and teaching environment. The key to this product's success is the use of MODUS' patented Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) which form the exterior walls, roof and floor.
