BOARDER (DRYWALL)
- Knowledge of drywalling/boarding
- Proper use of drywalling tools
- Duties are to hang plywood/OSB/drywall
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A keen sense of detail
- Willingness for a physically demanding workload
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Previous boarding experience
CONSTRUCTION LABOURER
- Experience in Cladding, Steel Stud or Envelope fabrication
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A keen sense of detail
- Willingness for a physically demanding workload
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Experience with power tools/tape measure required
- May require working at heights
- Assets considered: Carpentry skills and versatility
- Experience with modular building and/or manufacturing Forklift and/or scissor lift training
GLAZIER
- Assemble aluminum windows
- Install sealed units
- Has a keen sense of detail
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Journeyman certification or equivalent experience required
- Experience with modular building, manufacturing would be an asset
HVAC MECHANIC
- Install furnaces, HRV, ERV,
- Install duct to furnaces, ERV, HRV etc.
- Install venting on furnaces
- Install grills, registers etc
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A keen sense of detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to organize and plan ahead
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Journeyman certification required
FLOORING INSTALLER
- Prep floors
- Install marmoleum and linoleum
- Install VCT
- Install rubber base
- Weld seams
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A keen sense of detail
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Previous linoleum experience is essential

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING PERSONNEL
- Responsible for safe and efficient movement of large or heavy materials & inventory requiring the use of a forklift or similar types of equipment
- Build and deliver material and/or packages as requested
- Unload delivery vehicles
- Hard working and detail oriented
- 3-5 years warehouse experience
- 2 years experience with Telehandler and Fixed Mast
- Current Telehandler and Fixed Mast certification required
- Experience with Inventory, Shipping & Receiving, & Computers
- Valid vehicle driver’s license with clean driving record
CARPENTER
- Ability to use tape measure, Level, drill, skill saw, power & hand tools
- Install doors , Install cabinets, framing, finish carpentry and work in a fast paced environment
- Must have 2 - 5 years carpentry experience or a Journeyman Certificate
CLADDING INSTALLER
- Knowledge of sub girts, EPS, and cladding installation
- Ability to use tape measure, Level, drill, skill saw, and work in a fast paced environment
- First Aid, Scissor lift & Forklift experience an asset
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABOURER
- 2yrs experience in construction required
- Ability to use tape measure, Level, drill, skill saw, and work in a fast paced environment
- First Aid, Scissor lift & Forklift experience or cladding knowledge an asset
WALLS & ROOF INSTALLER
- Ability to use tape measure, Level, drill, skill saw, screw gun, work at different heights and in a fast paced environment
- Heavy lifting and pulling required.
ROOF INSTALLER
- Requires the ability to Install EPS, TPO, Dens deck, Insulate substrate, apply Sarnafil membrane, Strip Parapets & curbs, Hand form and weld roof penetrations, PVC hot air welding membrane, work at different heights and in a fast paced environment
- Fall protection certificate and 2-5 years experience required
CEILING TILE INSTALLER
- Ceiling tile experience required
- Work closely with team to complete daily goals
- The ability to assist with layout, installing T-Bar ceiling grid and steel studs in Modular units
- Knowledge of laser level use and care
